    Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • This course is intended for people who have a basic understanding of Microsoft Windows and want to know how to use Outlook to manage their time and information.

Prerequisites

  • This course requires you to be familiar with using personal computers and have used a mouse and keyboard. You should be comfortable in the Windows environment and be able to use Windows to manage information on your computer. The ability to launch and close programs; navigate to information stored on the computer; and manage files and folders, is highly recommended. A familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Microsoft Word) will be helpful.
