  • In all areas of our lives, we have things we want to achieve, places we want to go, mountains we want to climb. We have goals. In order to attain these goals, we need to have a plan. At VTEC, we believe that the goals you have in the workplace are stepping stones to achieving your personal goals.

    Setting a goal that really matters and motivates is not an easy task. The process that addresses setting goals that are achievable and can be readily established is what this course is all about. You will move from clearly defining what a goal is, and how you build a pyramid of goals and objectives, to an understanding of who sets goals, how goals are set and how you build action plans that support them.

    Achieving goals that are the result of sound planning can be one of the most rewarding accomplishments for which a group or an individual can strive. You will learn the basic principles here that will allow you to act decisively in a group or on your own.
