Agile Fundamentals course provides a comprehensive but necessarily high-level overview of the Agile mindset, Agile frameworks, and Agile processes.
The course starts with the basics of Agile, focusing on the Agile mindset, values, and principles. It then moves into one of the most popular Agile frameworks, Scrum, teaching you everything you need to form a Scrum team and work within that framework.
The final module focuses on creating value within a project, measuring progress, and a quick outline of some of the other agile frameworks, including Agile PM/DSDM and Kanban.
Each course provides insight into the power of Agile, and how to leverage it. Knowledge check exercises are used throughout to make sure that you leave the course feeling empowered to start working in an Agile way.
This course is suitable for anyone with no prior knowledge of Agile who is considering, evaluating, or involved in a move towards working in (or with) an Agile environment.
